The Bible tells us to “come boldly to the throne.” Why does it seem like sometimes as Christians we are shy? Are we ashamed to proclaim to be a Christian? We should be bold in our walk with God. We should be bold in our spirit. Elijah was one of the boldest prophets in the Bible. He wasn’t afraid to tell the children of Israel they were worshipping a false god. He proclaimed the One True God to them boldly and without fear.
My challenge for you is to be bold in your walk with God. Don’t allow anything or anyone to steal your boldness. Be bold during your infertility. Don’t let the fear of maybe never having children steal your boldness. Go to throne of God with BOLDNESS! Show the devil you’re not afraid. Don’t fear inviting someone to go to church with you. Don’t fear asking if you can pray with or for someone. Be bold as a foster momma! Don’t allow the enemy to whisper those whispers of self doubt. Be bold in your adoption journey. Don’t allow the feelings of never being chosen stop you from trying. Be bold in raising your children to know who Jesus is, even when they fight you every step of the way. No matter what this life may bring. Be brave. Be BOLD! Take your request boldly to God, let the one true living God hear the boldness in your requests. Don’t let this world steal your boldness. Be bold and watch things happen! Xoxo
“Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in time of need.”
